Mercy Mission – A coalition of 20+ NGOs

Came into being in March, 2020.  Realizing the enormity of the challenges that lay ahead due to the onslaught of the COVID 19 pandemic, a group of NGO’s operating in Bengaluru across various fields and activities decided to pool in their resources and work together to take the COVID fight head-on. It’s an honour to have the support of – Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI), organizations like Central Muslim Association (CMA), Crescent Association, Zomato Feeding India and others, who strengthened our hands tremendously.

TUF has been a key player in the Mercy Mission Initiatives. Our volunteers have led, managed and sustained the initiatives in an impeccable manner till date.

O2 cylinders dispatched free of charge for 750 patients With 9 oxygen centres across Bangalore.

ambulance trips with 8 ambulances equipped with O2 support, 2 out of which fitted with Ventilators to enable inter-city ICU transfers.

calls Have hit our centralized helpline to seek help for ambulance, Oxygen, Mercy Sahay, Home care and Bed Guidance services.

Field Booths<br /> In over 35 vulnerable areas across Bengaluru that screened body temperature, SPO2 levels, Blood Pressure etc.

Dry ration kits distributed across Bangalore and town across Karnataka to those hit financially due to the lockdowns.
